During this summer festival day, visitors can enjoy live concerts, dance and Argentinean atmosphere in the open air for free. The square changes into a meeting place for tango lovers, curious passers-by and everyone who wants to immerse themselves in the world of Argentinean tango.  <\/p>\n\n<p>During the afternoon and evening, top musicians from home and abroad will perform, bringing the deep emotion and musical craftsmanship of the tango to life. With the sounds of the bandoneon, sultry dance steps and spontaneous milongas, it feels like you are in <strong>Buenos Aires<\/strong> for a moment &#8211; but then in the middle of Amersfoort. <\/p>\n\n<p>A <strong>festival bar <\/strong>has been set up on the square where visitors can toast to tango and contribute to its future. The proceeds from the bar sales go to projects of the Dutch International Tango Week that are committed to the preservation and development of Argentine tango music in the Netherlands. <\/p>\n\n<p>A tasty addition to the program is the <strong>BBQ of Hete Kolen<\/strong>, which provides a culinary touch to this summer dance party.
